Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of DuoWorker (https://duoworker.ai and the related product application). The contracting party is DuoWorker (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

DuoWorker provides AI Assistants, Documents, publish options (including Chat button and Share a link), Inbox handoff, and related notifications for businesses. Features may change over time. Marketing pages describe the current sellable surface; later features (such as phone) are not included unless we say so in-product.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for content you upload (Documents, messages, and similar).

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other customers, upload unlawful content, or use the service to spam or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Plans and payment

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) are described on the Pricing page. Starter and Pro may include a trial period; Enterprise is sales-assisted. Included AI cost allowances are finite monthly amounts — they are not unlimited AI usage. Fees are in CAD unless we state otherwise. Failure to add a payment method after a trial may result in blocked paid features.

Intellectual property

We retain rights in the DuoWorker product, branding, and software. You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong; you remain responsible for how you use outputs and for reviewing important customer communications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuoWorker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account or data deletion via Delete my data or [email protected]. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
