Delete my data
You can ask us to delete your DuoWorker account or personal data associated with it. Requests go to the same support inbox we use for everything else.
How to request
- Email [email protected] with subject “Delete my data”.
- Include the email address on your account and, if you know it, your organization name.
- We may verify that you control the account before we delete.
What to expect
We aim to confirm receipt within a few business days and complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention needs (for example billing records we must keep). Operator: DuoWorker.
